Skindoze is a beauty brand under Realfood, known as the first skincare line infused with bird’s nest to promote healthy, glowing skin. Joining as a fresh graduate, I was entrusted with end-to-end visual ownership and acted as the Person in Charge (PIC) for all design and visual directions across the brand.

I led Skindoze’s full visual execution, covering daily social media content, e-commerce banners and PDP updates for double-date and payday campaigns, product launch key visuals, photoshoot concepting, photostyling, retouching, and PR package design. I worked closely with Brand Marketing and E-commerce teams, while briefing and evaluating Motion Graphic and 3D Designers to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Managing a high-volume, multi-channel workload as the sole design lead sharpened my ability to prioritize, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate strategic briefs into cohesive, brand-aligned visuals—an approach that continues to define how I work today.

Key Achievements:

Led the end-to-end design process for Skindoze, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across digital and print platforms.
Designed key visuals for product launches, payday and double-date campaigns, and monthly community activations, ensuring strong brand recall and campaign differentiation.
Increased Instagram engagement rate by 1.93% in just 3 months.
Achieved 4.58% ROAS, 40.17% Hook Rate, and 9.20% Hold Rate through effective ad creatives and content strategies.
Managed 2 product launch campaigns, overseeing promotional banners, PR packages, PDP assets, ads, e- commerce visuals, and social media content.
Designed PR packages and marketing materials for influencers,boosting brand mentions.
Fully responsible for Skindoze's Instagram and community account Instagram (@ZBuddiesOfficial), ensuring consistent branding and design.
Created 80+ Instagram feed designs per month for Skindoze and its community account.
Designed brand logos, campaign logos for brand activations, and monthly e-commerce campaign visuals (twice a month), ensuring strong brand consistency.
Helped grow Skindoze’s Instagram by 15,000+ followers through daily contents.
Designed high-converting e-commerce assets (PDPs, banners, ad creatives/CPAS) to enhance online sales.
Led a small creative team (intern, motion designer, photographer, 3D designer), ensuring timely execution of projects.
Collaborated closely with marketing, branding, social media, and e-commerce teams to maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms.
Directed photoshoots, photostyling, and photo editing, ensuring high-quality,
brand-aligned visuals.
